IMPORTANT - Please note that tickets sold on this website are E-Tickets and you will not receive any tickets through the post. You will receive a confirmation email which will be sent to your registered email address. Tickets are to be collected from the main entrance of the Junction at the Box Office desk only between 10pm & 2am on the night of the event. Tickets must be collected by the card holder with payment card. If the card holder and card are not present we will NOT issue tickets.

UK Mainland

All of our products are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Recorded post (Estimated Delivery Time: 3-4 Days). All deliveries must be signed for.

International

All international orders are shipped by Royal Mail International Recorded post (Estimated Delivery Time: 5-6 Days). All deliveries must be signed for.

At warninguk.com we will not disclose any of your private information to third parties other than for delivery purposes. Cookies are used in order to keep track of shopping cart contents and/or to store your delivery details.

Warninguk.com does not store private financial information such as card details.

Should you wish to return your purchase in its original condition, you may do so by return post up to 30 days after the purchase date.

Please include a copy of your delivery slip/receipt as provided with the product together with a note stating your reason for return. Once we have received the product in its original condition we will refund your purchase to the relevant account/card.

By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. This does not apply to event tickets. These are not covered by this law and are non-refundable.

To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please write on the back of the delivery slip/receipt that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within thirty working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please contact us for the appropriate return address.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.

As soon as we receive the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item''s postage charge.
